Red Soup

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 branches of celery
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 700 ml water
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • salt

Cut the onion and garlic, sweat it in a pot. Cut everything else (the ginger very finely) and add it to the pot. Fill it up with water, season with salt.
Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes, Then blend everything until it is nice and smooth. Then serve and
