Bruschetta Tomato

  • bread
  • tomatoes
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Toast some slices of the bread in olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mix them with parsley. Add the tomatoes on the bread, season with salt and pepper and finish with some more extra virgin olive oil. Then serve and
