Bruschetta Avocado

  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • tomatoes
  • white bread
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • optional: 1 chili

Blend the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until you have a smooth cream. If you want it to be a little spicy, add a chili as well. Fry slices of white bread in extra virgin olive oil until it has a nice, golden brown color. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Spread your avocado cream over the bread. Add the tomato on top. Then serve and
