- 1 avocado
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- tomatoes
- white bread
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- optional: 1 chili
Blend the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper until you have a smooth cream. If you want it to be a little spicy, add a chili as well. Fry slices of white bread in extra virgin olive oil until it has a nice, golden brown color. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Spread your avocado cream over the bread. Add the tomato on top.
