• 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • vanilla bean
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Melt the butter until it starts boiling and pour it over the cracked chocolate. Mix eggs with sugar and whisk for about 10 to 15 minutes until you have a nice batter. Add flour, salt and vanilla through a sieve to the batter. Pour in the chocolate and carefully whisk until it chocolate has combined with the rest.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool down, then serve and
