- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- greek yoghurt
Mix the bananas with the egg and baking powder, mash them with a fork. Grease a pan on a medium heat with butter. Make pancakes in the size you prefer. Flip when they are golden brown. Stack all the pancakes on top of each other. After each pancake, put some very thin slices of banana, some sprinkles of walnuts and greek yogurt. This will make it nice and fluffy.
Drizzle some honey on top of the stack, but some yoghurt on the side, then serve and
